University Auxiliary Services

How long do each of the contracts with University Auxiliary Services last?
The time period for each contract varies. Some contracts are signed for several years whereas others are signed for less than 5 years with a 1 year renewal consensus by both LSU and the vendor. Contract summaries can be viewed under the Publications link.

What is University Auxiliary Services?
University Auxiliary Services exist to provide essential services and goods to support the University in its academic mission. We offer a multitude of diverse services that satisfy the needs and expectations of the LSU community.

Where is your office located?
Our office is on the second floor of the Copy and Mail Center. (corner of CEBA Lane and South Stadium Drive)

LSU Bookstore

Are there any discounts for faculty and staff at the LSU Bookstore?
Yes. Faculty and staff receive a 10% discount on all purchases at the LSU Bookstore. (Apparel, gifts, books, supplies, drinks and more)

Are there any discounts for students at the LSU Bookstore?
Yes. Purchase your textbooks (new or used) with TigerCASH and receive a 5% discount.

How can I purchase textbooks from the LSU Bookstore?
The easiest and most convenient way is to order your textbooks online. After you register for classes in PAWS, click the link, "Order your textbooks from the LSU Bookstore." Your account will automatically populate with the textbooks required for your classes. The Bookstore will fulfill your order and notify you via email when your textbooks are ready for pick-up.

Who can eat at the dining halls?
Everyone is welcome - Faculty, Staff, Students, and the LSU Community. Enjoy a delicious selection of your favorite foods at The 459 Commons or The 5 (coming soon!). Individuals without a Meal Plan can pay the door rate for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Payment options include Cash, Paw Points, TigerCASH, credit cards, and debit cards. Your Tiger Card serves several purposes on campus. The Tiger Card gives you access to Meal Plans, TigerCASH, discounts on textbooks, vending purchases, residence halls, UREC, athletic events and much more. Click the Tiger Card link to the left to learn more about what all your Tiger Card can do.

What is the LSU Tiger Card?
The Tiger Card is the official identification card for faculty, staff and students at LSU.
