Listed below are some graduate assistantship opportunities. This list is not guaranteed to be complete and up to date. Don't be shy about asking faculty if they have open assistantships.
Prestigious Ph.D. Assistantship in Electronics
There is an opening for a prestigious PhD assistantship beginning fall 2019 in an area of heterogeneous integration of 2D materials with 3D compound semiconductors for opto-electronics/nanophotonics applications. The annual assistantship @$25,000 includes tuition and non-resident fee exemptions. Students with BS preferably MS in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline are encouraged to apply for consideration. Very high GPA, GRE score, TOFEL and course work in both experimental, and analytical, numerical techniques will be preferred. Research involves both device fabrication coupled with developing device models using analytical and numerical techniques for analysis and design of electronic/photonics integrated circuits. Contact Dr. Srivastava (eesriv@lsu.edu) and for application apply on or before 15 May 2019.
