National Survey of Student Engagement
The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) collects information from first-year and senior students about the quality of their undergraduate experience, including student engagement in educational practices associated with high levels of learning and development. NSSE was developed and is administered by the Indiana University Center for Postsecondary Research.
Overall, LSU students' responses to NSSE indicate engagement and experience that is similar to our comparison peers. LSU administers NSSE approximately every two years - 2007, 2009 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2022. The next administration will occur in Spring 2024. Contact OIE for more information on the results.
