Internal Funding Opportunities:
Provost's Fund for Innovation in Research

The Office of Research & Economic Development, in collaboration with the Office of Academic Affairs, offers a range of internal faculty grant support programs targeted at LSU faculty across all disciplines. The Provost’s Fund for Innovation in Research provides support for research activities across three broad areas: seed funding for emerging research activities, dissemination of research, and research infrastructure. These programs are all focused on spurring innovation in research, scholarship and creative activity across the university, with special focus on institutional research priorities and the development of center-scale projects and proposals for extramural funding.

Proposals to these internal grant programs should be submitted to the Internal Grants & Awards Portal.
