Parents Fund– Lagniappe
Fund student experiences that otherwise might not come to life.
From leadership enhancement opportunities to student organization initiatives and
career development, this critical, flexible funding allows divisional leadership to
meet immediate and emerging opportunities that complement classroom learning.
Your gift gives students an LSU experience with a little something extra – those experiences they never forget. The ones that build them up to lead beyond LSU.
Suit Up Grant Fund
Every student deserves to feel confident in their job search, but 1 in 4 LSU students has a financial need. For these students, buying professional attire isn't always an option, but employers report a candidate's professional polish influences their opinion– that includes attire.
That's why we launched the Suit Up Grant.
The Suit Up Grant provides students in need with $200 awards to spend on professional attire.
Help us reach our goal of providing 50 students with grants in 2022.
As a first generation college student and woman in STEM, this grant has impacted my life in a really positive and meaningful way. -Calli Nguyen, 2021 Suit Up Grant Recipient
